payments and booking for Euro Trip's

You can always contact us for helping you with booking. But we only accept online bookings and payment on our website. For further questions please see our Terms and Conditions 

iDeal ,PayPal, credit card (MasterCard & Visa only) and online banking (all European bank accounts), Debit cards, Apple pay , Google wallet. Cash payment is not accepted.

Our optional extras must be booked in advanced together with your ticket if it is available on the website. If you want to join later or on the day of the trip, your participation will depend on the availability. The price during the trip might differ from the price online. It has to be paid to our trip leader.  We do not accept card payments on board. If an optional activity is not available to book and pay online, we will ask you whether you want to join or not via email when we send out the info mail. If you reply to join the activity, we will add you to the participants list. The amount has to be paid on board in cash.

We do not have a waiting list. If a trip / tour shows sold out online, then you cannot buy any more tickets. Please join our Facebook page and you will be notified if we have any last minute tickets available. Make sure to always check with us about availability. 

No, that is not possible. We sell the trip/tour on a first-come-first-serve-basis. But we will happy to inform you in advance for next trip/tour

After your payment is completed, you will get an email with your invoice to confirm the payment.  Confirmation of participation this email will be sent to you by our team within 48 hours (Working days only). Also check your spam folder if you haven’t received it at that time. The cancelation policy still applies even if you haven’t received the payment confirmation yet.

The info mail has all the relevant information about your trip/tour such as departure times, seat reservation link and other useful information for the trip/tour you have booked. Approximately 3 days before departure, you will receive the info mail

Estimated departure times are to be found on the trip’s description on the website. However, the exact departure times will be sent along with the info mail, and in the WhatsApp group about 3 days before departure .

This can be down only for the Euro Trips. Before the journey starts you can replace your ticket with another suitable traveler depending on the time of your change. Prior to the departure time of the first/earliest pickup, the traveler must email the changes to Travoley Travel Agency  info@travoley.nl up to 36 hours for day trips, 48 hours for multiple day trips, and 5 days (120 hours) for trips involving a cruise. Transfer or sell Tours is not possible. For more detailed information regarding this topic, we kindly invite you to read our Terms and Conditions Section  Fees and conditions apply!

Yes, we are family-friendly, however; some trips will have quite a long bus ride involved so please read the itinerary and decide for yourself if this is the right thing for your family, little children and elderly. Not all optional activities we offer might be suitable for little children or elderly.

All destinations have different types of accommodations. We book either hostels,  or budget-friendly hotels. Please check the itinerary before booking the trip.

Due to the political situation in Europe and the increased border controls, you must bring your I.D (Personal National I.D or Passport (with the photograph!) and visa if necessary, in order to show your identity in case of a security check. The only valid travel documents are:

  • For EU citizens: national I.D (only for trips within the EU!) card or passport (for trips leaving the EU!)
  • For everyone else: an original, valid PR and valid passport that allows you to travel in Europe.

Please understand that we will NOT let you board the bus if you don’t have your original (ID/Passport) travel documents with you. Any hard copies, driving license, bank card or any other cards are not considered as travel documents, therefore are not accepted. We won’t issue a refund if you fail to bring the correct documents.

Each person is allowed to take the luggage allowance stated in our terms and conditions, Pillows and blankets do not count as personal items. If you have additional items such as strollers, etc. please send a message to info@travoley.nl in order to make those arrangements.

You can reserve your seat next to your partner or friends online on the booking form/services/select specific seat, we will send you all the information by mail, for the family with children, usually 3 days before departure. We offer families with children under 18 free seating in the family zone which is located at the back of the bus (if we use a double-decker then the family zone will be located at the back of the top deck). It is not possible to book a seat within the family zone. We will allocate each child (under 18) with one, maximum of 2 adults in the family zone (other passengers on the same ticket will sit somewhere else outside of the family zone). If you wish to sit somewhere else, you can book your seats. Other requests via email, Facebook or phone will not be regarded. For further questions, please see our Terms and Conditions . If you do not reserve a seat, our system will automatically allocate you to seats that haven’t been booked. It’s possible that you won’t sit next to someone even if you booked your ticket together.

We created a private WhatsApp group that only trip participants could access. When you receive the trip information email, you will be requested to join this group. In this group, your trip leader will post crucial places, departure times, tips, time, and other useful information. You can ask a question at any moment, and they will respond as quickly as possible. You can also contact them at any moment during your journey. During the journey, please do not call the office or contact us by email or Facebook chat. Because most excursions take place on public holidays and weekends, the office will be closed. Please contact us if you do not have access to WhatsApp. let us know before the trip starts and we can try to find a solution. However, internet access is a requirement in order to communicate with you during the trip.

We don’t offer fully guided tours. The Travoley Travel Agency -Team Member is a trip leader who is in charge of the trip’s organization; he or she is not a professionally qualified tour guide and will not show you around each location. Every trip will include some free time for you to explore the locations on your own. We provide transportation to all destinations included on the itinerary and have some optional activities planned that you can additionally book (depending on the city and trip).

All of our buses include air conditioning and heating, reclining seats, restrooms, and the driver provides beverages on longer excursions. The buses we utilize typically seat 50-80 people, depending on how many people have reserved seats.

Unfortunately not all Buses wheelchair accessible, if a person can walk to the bus and off, our have a person with them to help, they can put their wheelchair in the luggage compartment.  Kindly check the itinerary before the trip.

You are welcome to bring a blanket and a pillow to make your bus travel more comfortable, as well as snacks and refreshments. No odorous foods (such as McDonald’s, Döner, Curry, Pizza, and so on) are permitted. Sandwiches, salads, and fruits are permitted. You can leave everything on the bus on the first/last day of exploration but bring everything with you when we check in to our accommodation (for multi-day trips). Make sure you bring your valuables. When you depart the bus, make sure it is clean and that no waste is left behind.

You can cancel your only Euro trips at any time prior to the departure of the trip. If you would like to cancel it, please send an email to info@travoley.nl Read our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions section 3, available on our website for more information since we have different policies depending on the kind of trip you booked (one day trip, multiple day trips, or trips combined with a cruise). Transferring the funds to another date or trip is not possible, cancel Tours after payment is not possible.

If the traveler signs up for an optional extra activity, the same cancellation conditions will apply.

Our cancelation policy applies no matter what the reason of cancelation is. Check our terms and conditions 

No, it is not possible. The travelers must be at the pick-up location on time and be always aware of the WhatsApp support group with the updates and announcements. For more information please check our terms and conditions on the website.

Please make sure to always check if you have all of your belongs after checking out from the accommodation. Travoley is not responsible to contact the Hotel/hostel on your behalf. Kindly check also your seat when you leaving the bus. If you forgot something, contact your trip leader if the trip isn’t officially over yet. If it is, do not contact your trip leader but write an email to: info@travoley.nl We will try to help you get it back, however, the bus companies do not pack and send forgotten items back. Most likely, you will have to go to one of the pick-up locations on one of the upcoming trips to pick it up directly from the driver or trip leader.
