Our general terms and conditions are fair and clear. We prefer to avoid complicated legal words. Please read the conditions carefully, because they contain some important agreements about your (and our) rights and obligations in connection with your Trip. This way we prevent misunderstandings and increase the chance of a carefree group trip.

In the following sections, “EuroTrip” or “Travoley” refers to the respective entity organizing the trip/tour, which is Travoley Travel Agency in this case.
5. Agreement between Traveler and Travoley Travel Agency:
By booking a trip with Travoley, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Traveler”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. This agreement covers all aspects of your travel experience, including but not limited to trip details, payments, cancellations, and the responsibilities of both parties.

1.1 Travel Registration and Payment
- Travel registration is binding upon receipt of payment, which must be done online.
- Payment confirmation serves as the confirmation of participation and is typically sent within 48 hours on working days.
- If the travel confirmation differs from the registration, a new offer will be provided. Agreement can be made through written consent or payment.
- Amendments like room changes depend on accommodation availability. If an upgrade isn’t possible during online payment, travelers may contact Travoley Travel Agency for availability.
- If the offer still stands, the additional amount can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer before the trip.
1.2 Scope of Contractual Services
- The scope of contractual services is defined on https://travoley.nl/ and is binding during the travel period. Other brochures or websites are not relevant, and oral agreements by Travoley employees are not authorized.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms
- Payment of specified services in the booking confirmation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions.
1.4 Booking Confirmation and Documents
- Travelers must carry the booking confirmation with the booking number, either in print or electronically on a mobile device.
- Valid ID documents (national ID for EU members or passport/visa for non-EU members) must also be presented. Failure to provide these documents may result in exclusion from the trip without a refund.
1.5 Pricing and Currency Conversion
- All prices are in Euros (€). Travoley is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by other banks.
- Refunds due to trip cancellations are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
1.6 Payment Methods
- Online ticket payments must be made using selected methods (iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal).
- Invoices are sent to the traveler’s email address upon payment confirmation, and booking confirmations are sent within 48 hours (working days only).
1.7 Payment in Installments
- Payment in installments is not accepted unless specified in the booking confirmation.
- Payments must be received by specific dates; failure to meet these deadlines may result in a reservation being unconfirmed.
- If a booking is canceled, payments already made will be refunded according to the terms and conditions.
1.8 Reservation Acceptance
- Reservations are based on availability, and Travoley reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
1.9 Departure Information and Updates
- Departure details are sent three days in advance, and updates are provided via WhatsApp.
- Travelers must join the WhatsApp support group for updates. Failure to arrive on time or access updates may result in the travel price not being refunded.
1.10 Promo Codes
- Promo codes are offered on the Facebook page, and their availability and deadlines are at Travoley’s discretion.

2. Rebooking, Service Changes & Price Alterations
2.1 Limitations on Travel Amendments
- Travelers are not allowed to make the following travel amendments: travel date, price, destination, place of departure, accommodation, or transportation method.
- If Travoley initiates changes to the trip date, destination, or pick-up location to another city, travelers have the option to cancel prior to departure and receive a full refund.
- The deadline for this decision will be communicated via email, and the traveler must respond within the specified timeframe.
- If the traveler does not reply by the deadline, an automatic refund of the full ticket price will be issued.
2.2 Departure Times for Bus Travel
- For trips that include bus travel, approximate departure times are provided on the website.
- Exact departure times will be communicated at least 3 days before departure.
- Travelers are advised not to book train, flight, or bus tickets until they receive the final departure times.
- Departure and arrival times may change and will be communicated through the Facebook event and homepage.
- A maximum time change of 5 hours is allowed without the traveler’s right to cancel the reservation free of charge.
- Travoley does not cover additional costs for missed transport connections due to delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unavoidable events.
2.3 Non-Use of Travel Services
- If the traveler does not utilize available travel services for reasons attributable to them, they are not entitled to a full or partial reimbursement of the price.
2.4 Incorrect Contact Information
- If the traveler provides incorrect contact information or email address, Travoley is not responsible for inconveniences caused by the inability to send important information via email, such as meeting points, departure times, or other relevant details for the booked trip.
These terms provide clarity regarding rebooking, service changes, and the responsibilities of travelers in these situations.
3. Cancellation Policy / Withdrawal by the traveller
3.1 Withdrawal Procedure
- Travelers have the right to withdraw from the trip at any time before departure.
- Withdrawal must be communicated in writing to info@travoley.nl to be considered binding. Messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, or other social media, as well as phone calls, are not valid methods of withdrawal.
- The withdrawal communication must include the booking number and the name of the passenger.
- The refund amount is determined based on the date of the email received in Netherlands time.
- Travoley is entitled to claim a reasonable refund for travel preparations and efforts made.
3.2 Cancellation Fees for Day Trips (Without Accommodation)
- For day trips without accommodation, cancellation fees apply based on the total cost of the trip paid to Travoley Travel Agency (per person):
- Between 0€ – 99€: A 15€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 100€ – 199€: A 30€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 200€ – 299€: A 40€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- These fees also apply if the traveler has not received the booking confirmation yet but has already made the payment and received the invoice.
- Cancellation fees within 30 days before departure:
- From 30 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
- From 13 to 2 days prior to departure: 25% refund.
- From 48 hours before departure: 0% refund.
- These fees also apply if the traveler has not received the booking confirmation yet but has already made the payment and received the invoice.

3.3 Multiday Trips with Accommodation (Excluding Cruises or Ferries)
- Cancellation fees apply based on the total cost of the trip paid to Travoley Travel Agency (per person) for cancellations more than 30 days before departure:
- Between 0€ – 99€: A 15€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 100€ – 199€: A 30€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 200€ – 299€: A 40€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 300€ – 399€: A 50€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 400€ – 499€: A 60€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 500€ – 599€: A 70€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- 600€ and higher: A 10% cancellation fee will be applied.
- These fees also apply if the traveler has not received the booking confirmation yet but has already made the payment and received the invoice.
- Cancellation fees within 30 days before departure:
- From 30 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
- From 13 to 7 days prior to departure: 25% refund.
- From 6 days before departure: 0% refund.
- These fees also apply if the traveler has not received the booking confirmation yet but has already made the payment and received the invoice.
3.4 Multiday Trips Coupled with Ferry Transport or a Cruise (One or More Nights)
- Cancellation fees apply based on the total cost of the trip paid to Travoley Travel Agency (per person) for cancellations more than 45 days before departure:
- Between 0-99€: A 30€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 100-199€: A 45€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 200-299€: A 60€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 300-399€: A 75€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- Between 400-499€: A 90€ cancellation fee will be applied.
- 500€ and higher: A 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
- These fees also apply if the traveler has not received the payment confirmation yet but has already made the payment and received the invoice.
- Cancellation fees within 45 days before departure:
- From 45 to 36 days before departure: 50% refund.
- From 35 to 21 days prior to departure: 25% refund.
- From 20 days before departure: 0% refund.
- These fees also apply if the traveler has not received the booking confirmation yet but has already made the payment and received the invoice.
3.5 Traveler Replacement and Corrections
- Until the start of the journey, the traveler can replace themselves with another suitable traveler.
- To make a replacement, the traveler must send an email to Travoley Travel Agency at info@travoley.nl with the changes.
- The following processing fees apply for replacements:
- 10€ per person for a day trip.
- 25€ for a trip with accommodation.
- 35€ for a trip involving a cruise.
- These processing fees also apply if corrections are needed for traveler information (e.g., name, passport number, date of birth) for reasons within the responsibility of the travelers.
- Processing fees can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash at the meeting point.
3.6 Change of Pickup Location
- If a traveler wants to change the pickup location to a different one than originally booked, they must send an email to info@travoley.nl with the request.
- Due to availability, a 10€ administration fee must be paid.
- Additionally, if there is a price difference between pickup locations, it must be paid via PayPal or in cash on the bus.
- If the price of the new location is lower, the administration fee of 10€ still applies, and the price difference will not be refunded.
3.7 Finalization of Passenger Lists
- Passenger lists will be finalized:
- 36 hours before departure for one-day trips.
- 48 hours before departure for overnight trips.
- 5 days before departure for cruises.
- No changes can be made to passenger lists after these deadlines.
3.8 Non-Refundable Costs
- Costs incurred by the traveler, such as visa fees, telephone fees, or handling fees, are non-refundable upon cancellation of a trip.
3.9 Non-Refundable Tickets and Vouchers
- Tickets and vouchers obtained through a sweepstake are not cashable and non-refundable.
3.10 Bus Seat Reservations
- Only one seat per person can be booked online for bus seat reservations.
- Booking multiple seats for one person will not be refunded and will be treated as an admin fee. The traveler will still have only one seat.
4. Trips Options, upgrades or services
4.1 Optional Trips (“Optional Extra”)
- Some trips offer optional tours, and travelers who sign up for these have priority due to availability.
- Last-minute sign-ups for optional tours are possible if places are available, as announced by the Travoley Travel Agency team on the bus.
- The same cancellation conditions as stated in section 3.2 apply to optional tours.
4.2 Payment for Optional Tours
- Unless otherwise stated, optional tours not included in the tour price are paid in cash in euros (€) on the day of the tour.
- Card payments are not accepted on the bus for optional tours.
4.3 Responsibility of Travelers
- Travelers are responsible for being on time and having everything required to participate in an optional tour.
- Failure to be on time at the meeting point does not entitle the traveler to a refund.
- Travoley and the tour operator booked via Travoley are not responsible if a traveler loses the group during the tour, and no refund will be issued.
- Lost or stolen tickets or coupons are not eligible for reimbursement.
4.4 Price Adjustments for Optional Tours
- Travoley Travel Agency reserves the right to increase the price of an optional activity to the online-stated price.
- A full refund is possible if the optional tour significantly differs from what was stated online due to reasons within Travoley’s control before the tour takes place.
- No refund is available if tour changes are due to reasons outside of Travoley’s control, such as weather or traffic.
4.5 Cancellation of Upgraded Room
- Upgraded room bookings (e.g., private rooms, deluxe rooms) can be canceled by the traveler up to 9 days before departure, based on availability.
- A refund of 50% of the supplement for the upgraded room will be issued.
- Cancellation of upgraded rooms less than 9 days before departure is not possible.
- If a traveler cancels an upgraded room, they will be accommodated in a shared room (included in the basic ticket).
4.6 Seat Reservations
- Travelers have the option to reserve their seats on the bus online.
- If a traveler doesn’t reserve a seat online, seats will be automatically allocated.
- Travelers who booked tickets together may not be seated next to each other if seats are not reserved.
- Families with children under 18 can sit in the “Family Zone” without an extra charge, located in specific areas on the bus.
- It’s not possible to book seats within the family zone.
- Travoley will allocate families together in the family section.
- Seat requests without prior booking are not accepted by Travoley.
4.7 Unused Services
Unused services cannot be refunded once the trip has begun. No refund can be made for absence by travelers from any part of the itinerary.
5. Cancellation of contract by Travoley Travel Agency
5.1 Cancellation Due to Insufficient Participants
- If the minimum number of participants required for a trip has not been reached:
- One-day trips without accommodation can be canceled up to two days prior to departure.
- Multiple-day trips with accommodation can be canceled up to four days prior to departure.
- Cruise trips can be canceled up to 14 days prior to departure.
- In such cases, any paid tickets will be promptly refunded without additional handling charges.
- Additional costs incurred by travelers, such as shuttle transport, flight tickets, visa fees, or additional nights, cannot be reimbursed by Travoley Travel Agency.
5.2 Cancellation of Pick-Up Points
- Travoley reserves the right to cancel pick-up points if the minimum number of registrations has not been reached.
- The minimum number of registrations depends on the city and the specific trip.
- In such cases, travelers have the option to receive a full refund or choose a different pick-up point.
- If the new pick-up point is more expensive than the previous one, travelers are not required to pay the difference (subject to availability).
- If the new pick-up point is less expensive than the previous one, travelers will receive the difference as a refund.
5.3 Cancellation Due to Traveler Misconduct
- Travoley Travel Agency can withdraw from the contract without notice if a traveler significantly disrupts the trip.
- Examples of disruption include harassing fellow travelers or trip leaders, disobeying trip leader requests, or violating the terms of the contract.
- If a traveler is removed from the trip, Travoley Travel Agency reserves the right to retain the travel price, and no compensation will be issued to the traveler.
- Any expenses incurred by the traveler as a result of removal will not be covered by Travoley.
5.4 Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
- If the cancellation of a trip is due to force majeure, which includes circumstances beyond Travoley’s control such as political unrest, war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, or other similar events:
- Refunds of the ticket cost will be provided, but Travoley reserves the right to retain a portion of the ticket payment to cover incurred costs, the exact amount determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Travoley Travel Agency is not responsible for the cost of other affected travel arrangements due to cancellation or rescheduling.
- This applies only if the entire trip is canceled.
5.5 Insolvency of the Tour Operator
- In the event that a trip cannot be carried out due to the insolvency of the tour operator, the tour price is insured with ………
6. Travelling with children under the age of 18
6.1 Minimum Age and Suitability for Trips
- Each trip listed on the Travoley website and Facebook event specifies the minimum age requirement for participation.
- Trips that are not suitable for children are marked with “18+” in the description.
- Trips that are not suitable for children under the age of two are marked with “2+” in the description.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for reading the trip description and estimated departure and arrival times to determine if the trip is appropriate for their child.
6.2 Child/Infant Fare and Restrictions
- Child and infant fare options may be available for certain trips, and these options can vary.
- Some activities within a trip may have specific weight, height, or age restrictions that differ from the overall minimum eligibility age or recommended minimum age.
6.3 Child-Care Items Not Provided
- Travoley does not provide child-care items such as car seats, strollers, babysitters, or day care services.
6.4 Accommodation for Travelers with Children Under 18
- Travelers with children under 18 years old are required to upgrade their accommodation or book a private room unless they are sharing accommodation with another traveler on the same trip, and this arrangement has been communicated in advance via email.
- If a family fills all available beds in a hostel room, hotel room, or cabin, no additional upgrade is required, subject to availability and the accommodation provider’s house rules.
- If a traveler with a child refuses to upgrade their accommodation as required, Travoley reserves the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in point 3.
6.5 Requirement for Legal Guardian Presence
- Passengers under 18 years old are not allowed to participate in trips without the presence of their legal guardian(s).
- Written consent forms provided by legal guardians are not accepted as a substitute for the legal guardian’s presence.
7. Accommodation
- Travoley makes an effort to allocate rooms according to travelers’ preferences, but it may not always be possible to meet these preferences.
- Travelers are not entitled to a refund if their room preferences cannot be accommodated.
- Room allocation typically involves sharing with individuals of mixed genders, nationalities, and ages.
8. Passport and Visa Regulations
8.1 Responsibility for Travel Documents
- Travelers are responsible for bringing the original travel documents required for their trip, including all necessary documents to travel to the booked destination and any countries that must be crossed to reach the destination.
- Copies of travel documents are not accepted.
- Travoley Travel Agency is not responsible for any delays or denied boarding on the bus, cruise, or other modes of transportation due to a traveler’s failure to provide the required documents.
- The trip leader has the right to exclude any traveler from the trip who does not possess a valid passport or national ID (for EU members traveling within the EU) or a valid visa when crossing borders, or who has violated the stated terms and conditions in any way.
- If a traveler fails to present valid original documents, the travel price will not be refunded.
8.2 Visa Issuance
- Travoley is not responsible for the timely issuance and delivery of required visas by the relevant diplomatic representatives.
- In the event of delays in obtaining the required visa, the traveler will not receive a full refund, and the cancellation policy outlined in point 3 of the ticket applies.
8.3 Lost or Stolen Passport/Visa
- If a traveler’s passport and/or visa is lost or stolen during a trip, they must inform the trip leader immediately.
- Travelers without proper documents will not be allowed to board the bus, and this may result in the traveler being left behind if the trip involves crossing borders.
- In such cases, travelers are not entitled to partial or full refunds.
- Travoley will not cover the costs associated with replacing stolen or lost documents or the costs of transportation back to the Netherlands.
8.4 Visa Application Recommendation
- Travoley recommends that travelers apply for any necessary visas through a visa service in their country or city if they are planning a trip that requires a visa in advance. The specific visa requirements depend on the destination and may vary by traveler nationality and other factors. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the required visas for their trip.
9. Baggage Allowance
- Passengers are expected to store their luggage below the bus themselves, and their personal item should contain items they might need while on the bus. Pillows and blankets are not counted as personal items.
- Passengers with additional items such as strollers are advised to contact Travoley Travel Agency at info@travoley.nl to make suitable arrangements.
- The specified baggage allowance does not apply to the Baltic Cruise, and different rules may apply for that trip.
Baggage Allowance for Adults:
Day Trip:
- A rucksack/backpack to take on the bus.
- Stroller if you have small children.
Trip with 1 or 2 overnight stays:
- A rucksack/backpack to take on the bus.
- A small suitcase of a maximum weight of 10kg (22lbs).
- Stroller if you have small children.
Trip with 3 or more overnight stays:
- A rucksack/backpack to take on the bus.
- A small suitcase of a maximum weight of 15kg (33lbs).
- Stroller if you have small children.
Baggage Allowance for Children (2 – 11 years old):
Day Trip:
- A rucksack/backpack to take on the bus.
Trip with 1 or 2 overnight stays:
- A rucksack/backpack to take on the bus.
- A small suitcase of a maximum weight of 5kg (11lbs).
Trip with 3 or more overnight stays:
A rucksack/backpack to take on the bus.
A small suitcase of a maximum weight of 10kg (22lbs).
At boarding, for every kilogram (kg) of overweight luggage exceeding the specified allowance, a charge of 5€ must be paid in cash.
Children aged 12 and older have the same baggage allowance as adults.
Pre-Booked Charges for Additional Weight:
- Passengers have the option to pre-book a heavier suitcase.
- Charges for additional weight, when pre-booked, are as follows:
- 1kg – 5kg (2lbs – 11lbs): 10€
- 6kg – 10kg (13lbs – 22lbs): 20€
- 11kg – 15kg (24lbs – 33lbs): 30€

10. Liability
10.1 The organizer (Travoley Travel Agency) is not liable for:
- Disturbances to services.
- Personal and material damages associated with services that are outside the scope of services provided by Travoley Travel Agency and are considered additional services. These additional services may include, for example, travel by scheduled public transport. In such cases, the flawless performance of these third-party services is not the responsibility of Travoley Travel Agency.
10.2 Each traveler is responsible for:
Ensuring their timely arrival at the departure point for transportation to or from the destination, unless their late arrival results from an intentional or grossly negligent action on the part of Travoley Travel Agency.
Delays or failures to reach the excursion destination when the cause of the delay or failure is not influenced by the team members of Travoley Travel Agency. This includes factors such as changes in weather, strikes, political situations, technical failures, traffic congestion, poor road conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Travoley Travel Agency.
In essence, while Travoley Travel Agency is committed to providing the agreed-upon services, it cannot be held responsible for issues related to third-party services or factors beyond its control, such as unforeseen events or circumstances during the trip. Travelers are encouraged to review and understand these terms and conditions before embarking on their journey.
11. Traveler Responsibility
11.1 By paying for the trip, the traveler agrees to:
Recognize the team members during the travel period as an authority figure.
Obey the laws of the country visited, including customs restrictions and currency exchange regulations.
Adhere to instructions provided by the staff of Travoley Travel Agency.
Failure to comply with the laws of the country or staff instructions may result in the traveler’s exclusion from the trip. Any incidental costs incurred for return travel or related expenses will be the responsibility of the traveler, and refunds or partial refunds of the tour price are excluded.
11.2 The trip leader may make decisions outside the agreed travel itinerary in the interest of passenger security, well-being, or the best interest of the travel group, and travelers are expected to comply with these decisions.
11.3 Each traveler is responsible for:
If a traveler is late for the meeting time, the bus will depart at the scheduled time of departure, and any associated costs will be the traveler’s responsibility.
11.4 Travelers assign their image and video rights to Travoley Travel Agency and/or third-party digital media companies working on behalf of Travoley Travel Agency during the trip. This allows Travoley Travel Agency to take photos and create videos featuring all trip participants, which may be published on the website, social media, flyers, or brochures. Travelers who do not wish to be featured in media should take responsibility for avoiding cameras and video equipment.
11.5 Travelers are expected to be capable of moving freely and walking independently through cities or along longer parts of the route without additional assistance. Travoley Travel Agency cannot provide assistance to individuals with physical disabilities, and the coaches are not designed to transport wheelchairs. Travelers with specific needs are advised to contact Travoley Travel Agency to inquire about the feasibility of attending a particular trip.
11.6 Trip leaders are not professional tour guides and are not responsible for providing historical facts or conducting tours.
11.7 Travelers can contact team members, including the trip leader(s), through a WhatsApp group for updates and inquiries during the trip. In case of emergencies, travelers can directly contact the trip leader via WhatsApp, who will be available throughout the trip. However, please note that the trip leader’s availability is during the trip and not after it or before it takes place. For general questions, travelers can contact the office phone during office hours.
11.8 Travoley Travel Agency does not offer or sell any type of travel insurance. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain suitable medical or travel insurance.
These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities and expectations of travelers during their trip with Travoley Travel Agency. Travelers should review and understand these terms before embarking on their journey.
12. Handling of Complaints, Terms of Preclusion for Claims, and Expiry
- Travelers can assert claims to Travoley Travel Agency within 15 days after the end of the trip. It is recommended to submit claims in writing. Claims made after this deadline can only be considered if the traveler was prevented from complying through no fault of their own.

13.1 Travoley makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications but cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors, including but not limited to prices.
13.2 Travoley trips are not for resale without permission, and travelers must enroll directly with Travoley.
14. Other Provisions and Agreements
14.1 These terms and conditions apply unless individual agreements are made in the individual travel contracts, which must be done in written form.
14.2 Data provided to Travoley is electronically processed, stored, and distributed as part of the contract’s purpose. Personal data is protected according to the Data Protection Act.
14.3 Obvious errors and miscalculations (e.g., technical errors on the website, incorrect use of promo codes) entitle the organizer (Travoley Travel Agency) to contest the travel contract.
14.4 The above provisions are valid unless and insofar as statutory provisions that come into force after publication stipulate otherwise.
14.5 The ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not invalidate the entire travel contract. The contract is subject to Dutch law, and the contract language is English. Travelers are responsible for providing all necessary information and documents for determining benefit obligations, and they are also required to avoid actions that could lead to an inappropriate increase in costs.
14.6 Travoley is bound by a mandatory Netherlands Guarantee Foundation, which guarantees the amount paid for booking a trip as well as repatriation in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy by Travoley Travel Agency.
14.7 Every traveler is obliged to understand the content of the Terms and Conditions or have them translated into their language. By paying the travel price, Travoley Travel Agency assumes that the Terms and Conditions have been translated and understood.
These terms and conditions outline various aspects of the travel arrangement, including traveler responsibilities, complaint handling, and legal responsibilities. Travelers should review and understand these terms before booking a trip with Travoley Travel Agency.
15 Release & Agreement
15.1 – Understanding of Trip Scope and Risks:
- Travelers acknowledge that their trip begins upon leaving the departure point or airport and ends upon completing the return bus ride or cruise trip.
- Travelers are responsible for reaching all meeting points on time, and failure to do so may result in the inability to claim any refund.
- Travel involves inherent risks to personal health, safety, and property, including variations in safety and health standards in foreign countries.
15.2 – Release and Hold Harmless Agreement:
- Travelers agree not to sue Travoley for any claims related to their participation in the tour, including claims for negligence, breach of contract, or wrongful death.
- Travelers unconditionally waive claims for damages, losses, costs, and expenses related to personal injury, death, property damage, and more.
- Travelers release Travoley from any decisions to cancel, modify, or delay the tour due to various reasons such as Acts of God, public health issues, or government restrictions.
- Travelers hold Travoley harmless for acts or omissions of third-party entities (e.g., airlines, hotels) over which Travoley has no direct or indirect control.
15.3 – Non-Travoley Supervised Activities:
- Travoley has no liability for travelers when they are absent from Travoley-supervised activities or during non-Travoley supervised activities.
15.4 – Right to Refuse or Cancel Reservation:
- Travoley reserves the right to refuse or cancel a traveler’s reservation at its sole discretion.
15.5 – Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
- Travelers agree to abide by Travoley’s regulations and the directions of the Trip Leader and personnel.
- Failure to comply may result in immediate termination from the tour without a refund.
15.6 – Compliance with Local Laws:
- Travelers agree to abide by all local laws when abroad and are subject to the laws of the country they are visiting.
15.7 – Actions in Case of Illness or Incapacitation:
- In cases of illness or incapacitation, Travoley may take actions necessary for safety and well-being, including securing medical treatment and transporting travelers home (at their own expense).
15.8 – Changes in Tour Itineraries:
- Travoley has the right to make changes in tour itineraries, departure dates, and transportation arrangements. Refunds will be given as per the Booking Conditions.
15.9 – Price Surcharges:
- Travelers acknowledge that prices are subject to unforeseen surcharges or price increases imposed by tour operators or suppliers.
15.10 – Travel Documents:
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to secure necessary travel documents (passport and/or visa).
15.11 – Personal Expenses and Damages:
- Travelers are responsible for phone calls, personal expenses at hotels, and any damage caused to property.
15.12 – Entire Agreement:
- This agreement, along with Travoley’s Booking Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between travelers and Travoley.
15.13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- Any claim, dispute, or proceeding arising from the relationship with Travoley is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county courthouse of The Hague, governed by Dutch law.
15.14 – Use of Film Likenesses and Contact Information:
- Travoley and third parties may use film likenesses and contact information of travelers for future publicity and promotions.
15.15 – Acceptance of Terms:
- Payment for the tour/trip signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of Travoley Travel Agency.
Every traveller is obliged to understand the content of the Terms and Conditions or it must be translated into his/her language. With payment of the tour/trip price, Travoley Travel Agency assumes that the Terms and Conditions have been translated and understood.
